Data Deletion Instructions - A Custom Song

Overview

A Custom Song (operated by M7 Corporation Pvt Ltd) uses Instagram's messaging API to provide our custom song creation services. According to Meta's Platform policies, we must provide User Data Deletion Instructions.

What Data Do We Collect?

  • Instagram account information (username, user ID, profile details)
  • Direct messages and conversation history via Instagram
  • Custom song project details and preferences
  • Communication logs and project feedback

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Remove Instagram App Connection

If you want to disconnect A Custom Song from your Instagram account, follow these steps:

For Instagram:

  1. Open Instagram on your mobile device or go to instagram.com
  2. Go to Settings:
    • Mobile: Tap your profile → Menu (☰) → Settings and Privacy
    • Web: Click your profile → Settings

    • Confirm deletion

Option 2: Request Complete Data Deletion

To delete all your project data and account information from our service:

    • Send a data deletion request to:

    • Include: Your Instagram username and/or the email used for your order
  2. Verification
    • We will verify your identity and confirm your request within 24 hours.
  3. Data Deletion Process
    • We will delete the following data within 30 days:

    • ✅ All message conversations and communication logs
    • ✅ Custom song project details and preferences
    • ✅ Audio files and project drafts
    • ✅ Payment information (if any)
    • ✅ Analytics and usage data

What Happens After Deletion?

Immediate Effects:

  • App Connection Removed: A Custom Song will no longer have access to your Instagram account
  • Service Access: You will no longer be able to use our Instagram messaging features
  • Communication: We will lose access to your conversation history

Data Retention Exceptions:
